HOW ARE ITEMS SHIPPED?
Baileigh Industrial ship through many couriers depending on the size, weight, and destination of the goods to get the best deal to you while making sure they also get to you safely and promptly.
For parts or small machines, Baileigh will typically ship via UPS, and for larger items within the UK typically the UK Pallet Network, although we also work closely with TNT, Woodland, Hellman, and IFB.
Baileigh also offers a dedicated courier service where the machine will leave our warehouse and be delivered directly to your location, with no unloading or depots in-between.
You can also arrange your own collection. Our warehouse team will load the item onto your vehicle. If you choose this option, please make sure your vehicle is capable of handling the weight and bring enough straps to secure the load properly.

HOW QUICKLY DO YOU SHIP ORDERS?
WARRANTY AND REPLACEMENT PARTS.
Typically we will ship small packages such as spare parts and warranty replacements within 24 hours. Once processed, parts that are in stock will usually leave our facility in a day or less. To maximise your chances of same-day-dispatch, you will need to order before noon to allow for the warehouse team to pick, pack and ship before our daily courier collection. Once dispatched, goods being shipped within the UK usually arrive the next day.
BLADES AND DIE SETS.
As with warranty and spare parts, if in stock, replacement blades and tooling can usually be dispatched the same day for next day delivery if ordered before noon.
Baileigh aim to dispatch larger machines that are in stock within 3 days, and depending on your location you should receive the machine within 1 day (England & Wales) 2 days (Scotland) or more with abroad shipments. Once the order is processed, all machines are picked and packaged according to our strict standards to ensure they arrive with you safely.

IS MY MACHINE READY TO USE?
A lot of machines are shipped pre-built and ready to use. Some require minimal assembly, and some a little more than simple assembly. If you don’t think you could manage, or simply don’t want to, Baileigh offer an assembly service for an extra cost. To find out how much assembly is required on your machine, please call +44(0)2476 619 267.
A number of Baileigh machines also require hydraulic or gearbox oil to run. Due to shipping regulations, machines cannot be shipped with this oil inside them. To find out what oil is required in your machine, please refer to your manual before use, as running the machine without oil can cause damage to your machine, voiding the warranty.
MY MACHINE IS DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Baileigh tries its hardest to ensure that all machines are delivered to our customers promptly and safely, but sometimes accidents happen. Please check your machine thoroughly for any damage, including the Tip’N’Tell indicator, which shows if the machine has been dropped, before you sign for delivery.
